🛒 Products & Services
All 3D printed products are custom-made based on the specifications or files you upload.
Accuracy of the final product depends on the quality and correctness of the uploaded files.
Arsene3D reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates intellectual property laws or is inappropriate in nature.
💳 Orders & Payments
Orders must be paid in full before production begins.
We accept payments via secure third-party gateways.
Any taxes, GST, or import duties (for international orders) are to be borne by the customer.
🕒 Turnaround Time
Estimated production and delivery times are shared during checkout or in your order confirmation.
Delays caused by design errors, force majeure events, or shipping carrier issues are not the responsibility of Arsene3D.
📁 File Uploads & Intellectual Property
You are solely responsible for ensuring you own or have rights to the design files you upload.
Arsene3D will not be liable for any copyright or trademark violations resulting from the files submitted by users.
We do not claim ownership of your files but may store them temporarily for production and future reorders.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
As all orders are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of transit damage, manufacturing defects, or order errors. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
🔐 Limitation of Liability
Arsene3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
🔧 Warranty
Arsene3D does not provide any warranty for 3D printed items unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
It is the customer’s responsibility to test and validate the product for their specific use case.

Uploading illegal, harmful, or obscene content
