At Arsene3D, we take pride in delivering high-quality 3D printed parts and customized solutions. Due to the made-to-order nature of 3D printing, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Since our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
The item was damaged during shipping.
You received an incorrect product (wrong model or material).
There is a manufacturing defect that makes the product unusable.
If your case matches any of the above, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with clear photos and order details at:

Contact Support with proof (photos/videos).
We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will:
Arrange a return pickup, or
Request you to send the item to our address (we will reimburse the shipping cost if the fault is on our end).
Once received, a replacement will be processed or a refund issued (as applicable).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
No refunds are issued for:
Custom orders with no defects.
Change of mind after production has begun.
Orders with incorrect files or specifications uploaded by the customer.
Products made using customer-provided files or designs.
Items customized with specific branding, text, or logos.
3D printed prototypes delivered as per approved preview.
If your order was damaged or lost in transit:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
Provide a photo of the packaging and item.
We will file a claim with our shipping partner and keep you informed of the resolution.
